Reef Financial Services
Reef announces new schemes for self employed and clients with poor credit history.
Specifically two new lenders allowing generous “Vendor Gifted deposits” coupled with flexible underwriting and good lending multiples have now been approved by Reef for both existing and new clients.
“With access to exclusive deals like this and a flexible approach to clients needs, our brokers can often come up with a solution where others fail” says Jerome Thompson. “We have a number of new lenders operating in this area who provide exclusive manual underwriting for problem cases”.
Using a financial advisor provides a single point of contact for clients , allowing them access to the whole mortgage market. Being independent is means just that, no ties to providers and unbiased advice to clients. Reefs brokers have access to over 100 lenders in the market place and rarely fail to satisfy a clients needs.
